This Privacy Policy describes how MoneyTimer ("we", "our", or "us") handles user data when you use our mobile application and services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to authenticate your account, provide service marketplace functionality, and process timer-based payments.

• Account Information: When you log in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we receive basic profile information authorized by you, including your email address (or Apple Private Relay email), display name, profile picture URL (if available), and a unique user identifier.
• Service & Transaction Data: To operate our pay-per-minute system, we collect service task details, timer logs (start/stop times), and transaction history associated with your account.
• Payment Information: Financial transactions, card processing, and payouts are handled securely via Stripe Connect. We do not store raw credit card details or bank account numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Identify and authenticate you within the application.
• Maintain your dual Client/Provider profile and active session.
• Calculate exact time-based charges and facilitate service order escrow refunds.
• Provide core application functionality and user support.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. Third-Party Services

Our application integrates trusted third-party services for authentication and payment processing:

• Stripe Connect: Used to securely process payments, payouts, and hold funds in escrow. All payment card details are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe. (Stripe Privacy Policy)

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Your data is retained only for as long as your account remains active.

Deleting Your Account: You can initiate account deletion directly within the MoneyTimer app by navigating to Account → Account deletion, or by emailing us at moneytimer.app@gmail.com. Upon request, all your personal profile data, active listings, and session logs will be permanently deleted from our servers.
